ZGTN LEVEL 2: CONDITIONS OF THE UPPER LIMB
Zheng Gu Tui Na Level 2 builds upon on the concepts and techniques introduced in ZGTN Level 1. Focusing on protocols for a variety of upper limb conditions frequently encountered in the clinic, conditions including frozen shoulder, torn rotator cuff, tennis elbow, biciptial tendonitis, wrist pain, carpal tunnel, thumb and finger injuries, trigger finger and others are considered. Each protocol is an extension of the neck and upper limb module learned in Tu Na Level 1.
Two simple, yet powerful Qi Gong methods are introduced in this class: Yin Yang Patting Qi Gong, which breaks up and dispels blockages in the meridians, and Health Preservation Exercises which regulate the “qi dynamic.” These can be taught to patients in order to enhance the effectiveness of the Tui Na protocols.
