For thousands of years, Chinese warriors, fighting monks, wrestlers, martial artists, Qi Gong adepts and top athletes have had a secret that allowed them to endure incredibly hard training, yet recover quickly and reap the full benefits of their training regimen. Their secret? Incredibly effective training formulas, created by ancient physician-warriors with a profound understanding of the subtle internal mechanisms of the human body.

The ZGTN Martial Arts Training Line was created by Zheng Gu Tui Na founders Frank Butler and Tom Bisio, each of whom have over 30 years experience in the martial arts and Chinese medicine. Bisio and Butler have carefully crafted a line of Martial Arts Training Formulas targeting the specific needs of today’s athletes and warriors, as well as practitioners of energy arts such as Tai Chi, Yoga and Qi Gong. The external formulas protect the hands, joints, muscles, sinews and bones from unwanted side effects of impact training on bags, pads, etc. The internal formulas help dispel any unwanted side effects of hard physical training, contact sports, grappling or internal energy exercises. Simultaneously, these formulas engage and regulate the Qi-Dynamic, which in turn allows the body to actualize its maximum potential.
